DESCRIPTION:Professor Zimmerman recently retired after more than three decades of teaching and research in the Philosophy Department at UNCG.The UNCG Philosophy Department\, with generous support from Kenneth Miller and the Office of the Dean of Arts & Sciences hosts a Colloquium in Honor of Professor Michael J. Zimmerman.\n\n\n\nThe colloquium will take place in the Oakley Family Reception Room\, in the Alumni House\, on the UNCG campus. A light breakfast will be available in the colloquium room from 8:45am to 9:15am. \n\n\n\nEach session will begin with a 45-minute presentation\, followed by a 15-minute response from Prof. Zimmerman\, and 30 minutes of discussion with the audience. \n\n\n\n9:15-10:45am – Dr. Douglas Husak\, “Review of Ignorance and Moral Responsibility” by Michael J.
