For the first time ever, UNCG sent a team to the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl, which took place on Nov 1, on the University of North Florida campus.
Our team (John Carswell Haynes, Ricky Crabtree, Abigail Gallegos, Isabella Pore, and A.J. Ross, accompanied by Dr. Goodine) competed alongside 13 other teams.
Lots of insightful conversation was had, with topics ranging from animal rights activism, policing procedures, human rights and foreign aid, and representation in the arts. After the competition, they dined on Cuban food.
